AmeriPlan sounds like one of the pyramid schemes from the 1970s and 80s and it is playing off of people’s fears of not having any health insurance. The fact of the matter is that AmeriPlan sounds like one of those things that “seems too good to be true” …and probably is. But really the only way to know is to set one of these programs up and try it yourself-if you dare. Signing one of these papers has led to no end of headache for many people from all over.
AmeriPlan works by getting you to get other people sign up. For your sign up, all you need to do is pay a one-time $25 fee and then a $50 per month recurring fee to operate your business. At the bottom of the forum, where you click submit your money, is a big disclaimer which says that these programs are not insurance. In fact, the AmeriPlan business opportunity doesn’t sound like much of a business that all. It sounds like it’s in the business of doing discounted member medical services and is only valid at participating medical programs and doctors.
In fact, the AmeriPlan website says quite clearly “The program’s members are obliged to pay for all health care services, but will receive a discount from those health-care providers who have contracted with these discount programs.” This sounds a little bit like these guys are trying to cover their tail and not leave any room for people to expect really all that much of anything from this program. This could just be years of skepticism boiling over to the surface, but this is what it sounds like to skeptics.
So basically what the AmeriPlan business opportunity sounds like it is doing (”building a lifetime of residual income”) is getting its members to pressure friends, family, and strangers to joining this thing which they have joined and then once they get other people to sign up, they get a cut of the payments.
AmeriPlan business opportunity is advertised all over the Internet and it has gotten all kinds of good play from other websites, but it sounds like a little bit of a crock. If you are really interested in “getting paid daily” (which is their web address) then you would figure that there would be more honorable ways to do it. The fact of the matter is that many of these healthcare discount programs use discounts which are already free or they partner with unscrupulous doctors and other health care underworld.
There is no real evidence to speak out besides a gut feeling on this, so AmeriPlan business opportunity could be a great day for many people all over the world. It would seem as though that there have been a number of success stories to date and this could be further evidence of the fact that this is a great program which works. However, there are many skeptics out there that simply need more proof before they give out endorsements for such business plans.
